Date           March 22, 1994
Status and Occurrence A common resident in Trinidad, inhabiting mostly forest, also cocoa and citrus cultivation, especially noticeable in the canopy, feeding on flowering trees such as immortelles.  Ranges from Columbia and Venezuela south to Peru, Bolivia, and central Brazil.
